Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (Forbrugeraftaleloven), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.

This right applies to consumers residing in Denmark and other EU member states, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

• Be returned within 14 days of delivery
• Be in its original, unopened condition
• Be in the original packaging
• Include all original accessories and documentation

Products that have been opened or used may not be eligible for a full refund, unless the product is defective or not as described.

4. Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of returning the product unless the product is defective or we have made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment.

5. Refund Process

In accordance with Danish consumer protection law, once we receive your returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned product
• Processing time: Typically 5-10 business days after we receive the returned product
• You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed
• If you paid by credit card, the refund will appear on your statement within 1-2 billing cycles

We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer, as permitted by EU consumer law.

6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Products that have been unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons
• Products that have been made to your specifications or clearly personalized
• Products that have been damaged due to your fault

7. Defective Products

If you receive a defective product or a product that does not match the description, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within 10 business days after we process it, please check your payment account first. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
